【摘要】Stockbreeding industries are increasing rapidly in rural areas around big cities inChina. This increase carries high risks to the environment due to emissions of large amounts ofwater pollutants and greenhouse gases. On the other hand, stockbreeding wastes are a typicalbiomass resource and can be used as an energy source by advanced technologies. In this study,we selected Miyun County and focused on analysing the synthetic environmental policies asendogenous variables by computer simulation including the introduction of advanced technolo-gies to improve the environment and provide more biomass energy. The model considered boththe total ecological system and the socio-economic situational changes. The purpose of ourresearch is to establish effective utilization methods for biomass resources as well as co-ordinateresource reutilization, environmental preservation and economic development, and finallyrealize sustainable development of the society.
